Who We Are
My-Dish Logistics is a technology-enabled logistics coordination platform, built and operating in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria.
We connect businesses — bakeries, restaurants, caterers, food vendors, and retailers — with their customers, through a managed network of verified delivery partners. Every delivery we coordinate is governed by transparent pricing, strict operational standards, and a commitment to reliability that our clients and their customers can depend on.
We started with one conviction: that delivery pricing in Jos was broken. Inconsistent, opaque, and unfair — varying from client to client with no logic that served anyone well. We built a standardised, zone-based pricing system as our foundation, and we are building a platform on top of it.
We are not finished. We are building toward something larger: a logistics intelligence infrastructure for Plateau State and beyond.

When a delivery is booked, it enters our open dispatch system. Verified riders see it. The first available rider accepts it. You are notified. From that moment, every status update — pickup, in transit, delivered — is visible to you in real time.
We protect your order.
Every rider on our platform has been identity-verified before they handle a single delivery. Every completed delivery is documented with proof. Every dispute is reviewed by a human being, not an algorithm.

Enter your pickup location and delivery destination into our calculator. Our pricing engine — built on verified zone data across Jos and Plateau State — gives you an instant, standardised quote. No calls required. No negotiation needed.
Book Your Delivery
Confirm your order through the platform. Tell us when it will be ready. For standard orders, our riders are notified immediately. For custom or long-preparation orders — like baked cakes or catered meals — you control when riders are notified, by marking your order ready when the time comes.
Track It Through
From the moment a rider accepts your delivery to the moment it arrives at its destination, every status update is visible on your dashboard. You will know when it was picked up, when it is on its way, and when it has been delivered — with photographic proof of completion.

Verified riders only.
Every delivery partner on the MyDish network has passed our identity verification process before their first delivery. Government-issued identification. Proof of residence. Vehicle documentation. Emergency contact. We know who is carrying your order.
Fair dispute resolution.
When something goes wrong — and occasionally, something will — we have a structured, documented process for investigating and resolving it. We do not dismiss complaints. We do not automatically side with anyone. We review evidence, make a determination, and communicate it clearly.
Your data is yours to see, not ours to sell.
We collect only what we need to operate. We never sell your personal data to third parties. You can request access to your data at any time. We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation in full.

Where We Started
My-Dish Logistics was founded in Jos to solve a problem we saw up close: food businesses, bakeries, and vendors working hard to serve their customers, but losing trust and revenue to delivery pricing that was inconsistent, unaccountable, and unfair.
We built the solution we wished existed — a standardised pricing system, a managed rider network, and a platform that gives every party — client, customer, and rider — the information they need to trust the process.
Today we serve over nine client businesses and coordinate more than 1,500 deliveries a year. Every one of those deliveries adds data, adds intelligence, and makes the next one better.
We are at the beginning of what this can become.
Where We Are Going
My-Dish Logistics is building toward becoming the dominant logistics coordination infrastructure for Plateau State — and eventually, a trusted platform for physical commerce movement across Nigeria.
That means:

For customers:
If you received a delivery through My-Dish Logistics and have a question or concern about your order, please reach out within 48 hours of your delivery. We have a formal dispute process and we take every concern seriously.
